Order

1. Permission to file special leave petition is granted.

2. Shri Siddhartha Bhatnagar, learned senior counsel, points out that para 27 of the impugned judgment states that the writ petition of the State is liable to be allowed. He, therefore, apprehends that the Executing Court may not follow the Supreme Court’s Judgment cited therein, namely Gurpreet Singh v. UOI (2006) 8 SCC 457.

3. We make it clear that this apprehension is totally without basis for the reason that all Courts in this country, including the Executing Court, are bound by the judgment of the Apex Court.

4. The special leave petition stands disposed of.
