2. We have heard learned counsels for the parties.
3. Taking into account the allegation levelled and the fact that the accused was on a chance visit to her daughter’s house from where contraband was recovered, we are of the view that the accused-appellant should be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 (P.S. Case No. 129/2017). We order accordingly.
4. The learned trial Court is free to impose all such conditions as it may deem fit.
5. The order of the High Court is set aside and the appeal is allowed in the above terms.
