1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties and also Shri Prateek Hajela, State Coordinator, NRC, Assam, who is present in Court.
2. It is stated by the State Coordinator that the contract of system integrator with Wipro has expired on 31st March, 2017.
3. We direct the Project Coordinator to extend the said contract with Wipro which has executed the job earlier. Necessary approval of the Coordination Committee be accorded forthwith.
4. List the matters again for consideration of the report of the Committee entrusted with the task of monitoring the work of border fencing which report is due on 8th July, 2017.
5. Registry is directed to list the matters on 13th July, 2017 at 2.00 p.m.
