M.A. NO. 1282 OF 2020 IN WRIT PETITION (C) NO. 76 OF 2015:

1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

2. We implead the State of Rajasthan. As prayed for by the learned counsel, given the current situation, time for counselling for Rajasthan State NEET PG Medical and Dental courses is extended from 31.07.2020 to 31.08.2020. This will enure to the benefit of the entire country.

3. Miscellaneous Application is allowed.

M.A. NO. 1302 OF 2020 IN WRIT PETITION (C) NO. 76 OF 2015:

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

5. As prayed for by learned counsel, given the current situation, the time for starting Super-Speciality Medical Courses is extended from 15.07.2020 as per our order dated 18-1-20161 to 31.08.2020.

6. Four weeks time is granted to pay the requisite Court Fees.

7. Miscellaneous Application is allowed.
