SLP(C) No. 16335/2018 :

1. We are not inclined to interfere in the case. On consideration of deficiency, it would not be proper to remit the matter back for fresh hearing. However, since it is a case of renewal, it is assured that the decision would be taken for the year 2019-2020 by the respondents, including the Union of India by 28.2.2019.

2. It is made clear that the aforesaid particular order is passed in the peculiar facts of this case.

3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
