1. Learned counsel for the parties say that the dispute between the parties has been settled through the efforts of the Bangalore Mediation centre.
2. The Memorandum of Settlement under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2005 dated 28th June, 2017 is placed on record. The Settlement has been signed by the petitioner as well as her advocate and the respondent represented by the Special Power of Attorney as well as advocate for the respondent. The parties are bound by the settlement.
3. We are told that the Settlement has already been implemented.
4. The petitions stand disposed of in terms of the Settlement.
