1. This Transfer Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of H.M.A. No. 487 OF 2015 titled as “Navin Chauhan v. Anjali Brahmawar Chauhan” pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Gautambudh Nagar, UP to a Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket District Court, Delhi.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Having perused the records and in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we decline to consider the transfer of the case from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Gautambudh Nagar, UP to a Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket District Court, Delhi in view of the availability of video conferencing facility.
4. We, accordingly, order that the trial at Gautambudh Nagar shall be conducted and facilitated by the Family Court, District Gautambudh Nagar U.P. through video conferencing.
5. The transfer petition is disposed of accordingly.
