Order
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Application for impleadment is allowed, if not already done.
3. The petitioners and the impleaded parties are provisionally permitted to participate in the examination for selection and appointment to the post of Assistant Professor (Education) in the normal degree colleges pursuant to Advertisement No. 47. However, their results shall not be declared. The same shall be made available in a sealed cover to this Court as and when the same is ready.
4. We make it clear that this order is confined only to those petitioners and intervenors/impleadors, who are before us as on today. We are informed that all the petitioners and intervenors/impleadors herein have submitted their application before the cut off date, namely, 14.07.2017.
