1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
3. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order passed by the High Court is an interim order and prayed that he may be given liberty to raise all the grounds before the concerned Trial Court.
4. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
