1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that order dated 14.02.2018 of Commissioner, Handlooms & Textiles, Andhra Pradesh was constitution of an Ad-hoc Committee to manage the affairs of the society as an interim arrangement till election is held and the High Court was an error in granting parity to respondent No. 1. Respondent No. 1 could not claim any parity with a nominated Managing Committee for interim period till election is held.
3. Let this aspect be considered by the High Court afresh without being influenced by the impugned order, if the petitioners move the High Court within two weeks from today.
4. The special leave petitions are disposed of in above terms.
5. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
