1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material.

2. Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.

3. The special leave petition is not entertained and is accordingly dismissed. However, in the event the petitioner surrenders and moves for regular bail, such prayer as and when made shall be considered as expeditiously as the business of the learned trial court would permit. We make it clear that we have expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.

4. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
