1. Having perused the writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution, we are of the view that the same is an attempt to abuse the process of the Court.

2. We dismiss the writ petition and impose a token cost of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to be deposited in the Supreme Court Bar Association and file proof of deposit within four weeks.
