1. It is happily agreed by learned counsel for the parties that an unconditional apology will be broadcast on 19.2.2018 between 10.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
2. In case the broadcast is made, as agreed above, the complaint 561 A Cr.P.C. No. 227/2010 shall stand dropped, viz-a-viz to Mr. Rahul Kanwal.
3. With the aforesaid agreement, the special leave petition and all the pending applications shall stand disposed of.
