Order
1. We are quite shocked that the former Cabinet Minister – Ms. Manju Verma cannot be traced by the Police in Bihar for more than a month. This is difficult to believe. We would like the Director General of Police to appear in Court on the next date of hearing and tell us how such an important person cannot be traced in the State of Bihar. The Director General of Police should be present in the Court on 27.11.2018.
2. In the meanwhile, if the former Cabinet Minister – Ms. Manju Verma is arrested, the Director General of Police need not be present in the Court on the next date of hearing.
3. There appears to be widespread mismanagement of shelter homes for children in Bihar. We would like the Chief Secretary to be present in the Court on 27.11.2018 to explain to us whether remedial steps are being taken and the effect of the remedial steps, if any.
4. List the matter on 27.11.2018.
