1. Mr. S. Mehdi Imam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Brajesh Thakur seeks two weeks’ time to file a reply.

2. We decline to give any time for filing a reply until he goes out of Bihar. Mr. Brajesh Thakur be transferred to the prison in Patiala where he will be kept in watch by the Superintendent of Police. The movement of Brajesh Thakur should take place today or tomorrow on the outside.

3. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel seeks some time to take instructions with regard to details of Ms. Manju Verma, former Cabinet Minister, State of Bihar whose anticipatory bail is dismissed on 09.10.20181.

4. List the matter tomorrow (31.10.2018).
