Order
1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant is willing to furnish irrevocable bank guarantee of Rs. 100,00,000/- (Rupees one crore) of the nationalized bank in favour of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in both the matters which according to him is the highest claim. The Bank Guarantee will be to the satisfaction of the Registrar of the Tribunal.
3. The appellant has certain objections against the present IRP. In view of offer of the appellant that the bank guarantee will be furnished within three weeks from today, the NCLAT may consider the matter afresh in the light of the said bank guarantee.
4. In the meantime, further proceedings will remain stayed.
5. The appellant may appear before the NCLAT on 30th May, 2018 for further proceedings.
6. Since this order is being passed ex-parte, the respondents will be at liberty to move this Court, if they aggrieved.
7. The appeals are, accordingly, disposed of.
