2. We do not find any merit in these petitions, which are hereby dismissed.
3. However, the petitioner will be entitled to avail remedies in terms of the order passed by this Court in Krishna Veni Nagam v. Harish Nagam, 2017 (4) SCC 150 read with the judgment dated 9th October, 2017 in T.P(Civil) No. 1278 of 2016 titled Santhini v. Vijaya Venktesh including the facility of participating in proceedings by video conferencing to the extent permissible.
