1. In view of the recommendation dated 14.03.2014 of the Block Agriculture Officer, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the guidelines the petitioner should have been given an extension of one more year. Apparently, the period is over. However, the learned counsel points out that there is still a vacancy available.
2. Therefore, we permit the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the Competent Authority within, in which case the same may be examined within four weeks thereafter.
3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
