1. Mr. Mathews J. Nedumpara, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that Rs. 80,00,000/- (Rupees eighty lakhs only) will be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

2. However, given the facts of this case, the Court grants him a period of one week from today to make the aforesaid payment before the Registry of the Bombay High Court. If the aforesaid payment is not made within one week, the special leave petition shall be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
