The State of Chhattisgarh & Ors. ___________________ Respondent(s)
Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 32570/2017, decided on July 3, 2018
(IA No. 8364/2018-Permission to File Additional Documents, IA 114849/2017, 8364/2018)
The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. After the impugned judgment dated 10.07.2017, the Director of Agriculture has passed final order dated 11.08.2017 in the disciplinary proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that this order is passed in respect of the alleged misconduct of 1988 and, therefore, after such a huge delay the present order could not have been passed. There are other serious contentions on merits also. All these are for the petitioners to pursue before the appropriate and competent authority.
2. Without prejudice to such liberty available to the petitioner, as above, and making it further clear that in case such a step is taken within one month from today, the same may not be dismissed on the ground of delay, the special leave petition is disposed of.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
