1. Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent – State in both the Special Leave Petitions.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the State prays for and is granted four weeks’ time to file counter affidavit in the matters.
3. Learned Senior counsel prays for bail for petitioner in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 8529 of 2017.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to enlarge the petitioner (Ms. Savita) on bail, until further orders, subject to the conditions to be imposed by the concerned Trial Court.
