1. The parents of the petitioner are present.
2. Despite the exchange of the proposals for settlement, we were told that the parties were not able to agree. However, on the intervention of the Court, we are happy to note that the parties have agreed for full and final settlement on payment of Rs. 1.25 Crores.
3. Learned counsel on both the sides submit that some time may be granted to set out the modalities of settlement and also to file a joint application under the Indian Divorce Act.
4. Therefore, post on 19.11.2018.
