1. We have gone through the review petition. The petitioner has rightly pointed out the error which has crept in our order dated 04.09.2017 whereby this Court has remitted the case to the High Court on the presumption that the proceedings are pending in the High Court pertaining to maintenance to be awarded to the petitioner. In fact, no such proceedings are pending under the Domestic Violence Act. Therefore, we allow this petition and recall our order dated 04.09.2017. The special leave petition is restored to its original number.
2. List the special leave petition on 29.01.2018.
