1. Delay condoned.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the amount awarded by the Reference Court at the rate of Rs. 53,24,000/- (Rs. Fifty three lakhs twenty four thousand) per acre, the petitioner has deposited the compensation at the rate of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rs. Eight lakhs). It is also stated that the same has already been withdrawn by the respondents (land owners).
3. We direct the petitioner to deposit the entire balance compensation at the rate of Rs. 45,00,000 (Rs. Forty five lakhs) per acre within a period of three months from today in the High Court.
4. On such deposit being made, the respondents (land owners) will be entitled to withdraw the entire amount subject to the condition that the respondents would withdraw 25% without furnishing the security and balance by furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of the High Court.
5. We request the High Court to ensure expeditious disposal of the first appeal in accordance with law.
6. Needless to observe that the deposit and withdrawal made by the parties concerned shall be subject to the result of the appeal.
7. With the aforesaid observation, the special leave petitions are disposed of.
