1. Mr. F.S. Nariman, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Andhra Pradesh, states that the building for housing the High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh is at an advance stage of construction and is likely to be completed by December, 2018. He is ready to file an affidavit of a responsible Officer to this effect within two weeks. In the said affidavit, the deponent shall also give details about accommodation for Judges and other facilities as well.
2. List the matter after three weeks.
