1. During the course of hearing of arguments of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, it was noticed that service on respondent no. 2 is not complete. By perusal of the office report, it appears that in spite of service of notice three/four times to respondent no. 2, service is still incomplete.

2. Service to respondent no. 2 shall be effected by substituted service through publication in vernacular language, Gujarati daily newspaper having wide circulation in the locality in which the respondent no. 2 is last known to have actually and voluntarily resided.

3. List the matter on 9th January, 2019.
