1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the relevant material.
2. We do not find any legal and valid ground for interference. The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed.
3. However, the petitioners may move the learned trial Court for early disposal of the Suit in view of the fact that according to the petitioners the term of the elected body is coming to an end in May, 2019. Such application, as and when filed by the petitioners, before the learned trial Court will be considered in accordance with law.
