2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are languishing in jail for more than 15 years. Though we do not find any merit in this petition, we direct the respondent-State to consider the case of the petitioners, under the relevant Rules, for premature release of the petitioners.
3. In view of above, the special leave petition is disposed of.
4. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
