1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.
2. We do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 15.01.2018 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.
3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
4. However, the finding of the NCLAT that the Interim Resolution Professional has found that there is an existence of dispute, insofar as the U.P. case is concerned, will not stand in the way of the appellant in filing appropriate proceedings against such finding.
