1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the relevant material. The issues raised in this petition have been considered and decided by this Court in K.S. Varghese v. St. Peter’s and St. Paul’s Syrian Orthodox Church¹. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 32 of the Constitution. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
