1. On hearing learned counsel for the parties, learned counsel for the respondents requests for some time to scrutinize the record and show to the Court how a sum of Rs. 62,645/- (Rupees Sixty Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Five only) was withdrawn by the Collector in case and which document evidences payment to the father of appellant.
2. This would be the least that would be expected, considering that the respondents claim to have lost all records of the acquisition proceedings. The failure to show us any of what has been stated aforesaid, would necessitate the State Government to acquire the land through fresh notification if it wants to keep the land.
3. List at the end of the Board on 29.7.2019, in the category of miscellaneous matters.
4. A copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the respondents.
