1. Let the respondent deposit a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand), within two weeks with the Chandigarh Administration and file proof in respect thereof, within the same period. In the event of his failure to do so, the petitioners shall be at liberty to evict the respondent in pursuance of the cancellation of lease.
