3. However, we give liberty to the appellant to file copy of the affidavit which was filed before the competent authority on the basis of which birth certificate has been issued on 14.09.2010 and the order passed by the competent authority before issuing the said birth certificate, if any; and the affidavit filed before the High Court to buttress the plea that the benefit of the provisions of Juvenile Justice Act be extended to this appellant.
4. Liberty is granted to take inspection of the record and to obtain photo copy of the relevant documents therefrom.
5. Liberty is also granted to the counsel for the State to file affidavit of the concerned officer to place on record factual position about the genuineness of the stated birth certificate, if required. This be done within two weeks from today.
6. Judgement reserved.
