1. Judgment in this matter was delivered on 11th November, 2025.
2. Today upon a mentioning made by Mr. K. Parameshwar, learned Amicus Curiae, we direct that the following sub-paragraphs be added after Paragraph 57(iv):
v. The DRMB shall be constituted within six weeks from today by the MoEFCC.
vi. The Standing Committee, as directed, be constituted by the DRMB within a period of six weeks from its constitution. Needless to state that the Standing Committee’s powers and functions would be co-extensive with that of the DRMB, but it shall work under the guidance and control of the DRMB.
Vii. Since the purpose of passing this judgment is to have a single body to deal with the issues concerning the Delhi Ridge, all other Committees appointed either by this Court or the High Courts or NGT or concerned Government shall cease to exist.
3. The Registry is directed to take necessary steps.
