1. We have heard learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the petitioner and carefully perused the material placed on record.
2. Delay condoned.
3. In our considered view, the issues resolved by the High Court are pure questions of fact and in the absence of any question of law being involved, no case to interfere with the impugned order dated 15.10.2019, passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, is made out.
4. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
5. As a result, pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
