1. Pursuant to our order dated 10.09.2020, learned Attorney General has appeared in the matter. He has suggested to take up this matter on some other day so that in the meantime, he would consider of reformulating the points required to be addressed in these proceedings.
2. We accede to that request. Accordingly, hearing of this matter is deferred till 4th November, 2020.
3. In the meantime, the Registrar (Judl.) to get in touch (telephonically or by email) with Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned senior counsel, who had appeared as amicus curiae in the matter along with Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned advocate-on-record, to ascertain their availability and to request them to appear on the next date of hearing. Registry shall notify the appearance of Mr. Harish Salve and Mr. A.D.N. Rao (amicus curiae) on the board to be published on future dates.
