2. This appeal needs to be disposed of in the same terms as in C.A. No. 8941 of 2019 decided on 22.11.2019. As a matter of fact, general directions have been issued to all concerned, including the authorities to take steps as per the extant regulations applicable at the relevant time. Similar directions must operate in respect of this case being part of the same set of cases dealt with by the High Court.

 

3. Accordingly, the impugned judgment and order is set aside and the appeal is disposed of in terms of order dated 22.11.2019 in C.A. No. 8941 of 2019 (Anneuxre P-4).

 

4. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent is willing to pay the legitimate dues, including to opt for compounding, if any.

 

5. It is open to the respondent to make representation in that regard to the concerned authority, who may consider it appropriately.

 

6. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
