Order
1. Mr. S V Raju, Additional Solicitor General, appearing with Mr. Tushar Mehta, Solicitor General, submits that the State of Uttar Pradesh seeks to file a counter affidavit.
2. The counter affidavit shall be filed within a period of four weeks.
3. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
4. The interim bail which was granted by this Court on 8 July 2022 shall continue to remain in operation, pending further orders.
5. List the Special Leave Petition for final disposal on a non-miscellaneous day, namely, on 7 September 2022.
6. Learned counsel shall file their brief notes of submissions to facilitate the final disposal of the petition, at least three days before the next date of listing which shall also be emailed to cmvc.dyc@gmail.com.
