Order

1. The petitioner has filed an affidavit dated 23rd August, 2020, wherein he has admitted and acknowledged that an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) is pending towards Maintenance and arrears payable to the Respondent No. 1-wife.

2. We direct the petitioner-husband to pay 50% of the said amount i.e. Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs fifty thousand) within a period of four weeks from today to the respondent-wife, failing which, we direct his personal presence before this Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 22nd September 2020, for further directions in the Contempt Petition.

3. Taking note of the various proceedings pending between the parties, we consider it appropriate to refer the matter for Mediation by Mr. Sridhar Purohit, Advocate (Mobile No. 9822565238, Address – 7, Daga Lay Out, North Ambazari Road, Nagpur – 440 033, Email ID – shridhar.purohit1@gmail.com) in Nagpur.

4. The Learned Mediator is requested to conduct Mediation proceedings between the parties, who reside in Nagpur, and resolve all the disputes pending between the parties in various proceedings arising out of their matrimonial disputes. The Learned Mediator would endeavor to arrive at an overall settlement between the parties, and send a Report on the outcome of the Mediation proceedings to this Court.

5. The Registry is directed to send a copy of the paper book alongwith this Order to the Learned Mediator through Courier forthwith.
