1. We have heard learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the instant application for grant of parole.

2. It is not disputed that the applicant who has been sentenced for a period of 10 years’ rigorous imprisonment, has spent only one year and four months in prison so far.

3. In these circumstances, and in view of the fact that the applicant does not suffer from any ailment which cannot be treated while in prison, we are of the view that he would be provided all necessary medical attention in prison.

4. It is not necessary to pass any further orders, and the instant application for grant of parole is disposed of.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant prays that the pending application for bail be listed in July, 2020. If such application is pending, the same be listed in July, 2020.
