1. Permission to file Special Leave petition is granted.
2. We are in agreement with the High Court of Karnataka that the Writ Petition filed for cancellation of SSLC Examination for the academic Session 2019-2020 did not warrant interference.
3. The High Court has issued1 several directions pertaining to the steps to be taken by the Government for conducting the examinations scheduled from 25.06.2020 onwards. Even the students who would not be able to take the examinations have also been protected.
4. The Special Leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
