1. Appeal Admitted.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. It is not in dispute that the applicant’s wife is unwell. It is, however, submitted that he has a son who can look after the applicant’s wife.
4. Considering the fact that the applicant (Samsul Haque) has been in custody for more than five years and his wife is unwell, we are of the opinion that he may be released on bail pending the hearing of this appeal subject to the applicant making a deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in cash with the trial court.
5. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 14770 of 2015 is disposed of accordingly.
