2. Mr. Dushyant A. Dave, learned senior counsel for the applicant, prays that hearing on the application be deferred till after the evidence of the pleadings is concluded. We order accordingly.
I.A. NO. 29 of 2016:

Mr. Krishnan Venugopal, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that out of eight witnesses cited in the amended list of witnesses filed by the plaintiff, only two, namely, Mr. Ajay Kanoujia, Director, Ministry of Home Affairs, North-East Division and Competent Officer of Survey of India remain to be summoned.
4. The Registrar shall issue summons for the presence of both the witnesses, mentioned above, for examination on a date fixed by the Registrar.
5. I.A. NO. 29 of 2016 is allowed and disposed of.
