The learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that in I.A. No. 5/2013 filed by Shiv Charan whereby he has sought his impleadment as petitioner no. 4 (now appellant), certain facts have been incorrectly mentioned and the same were consequently mentioned in para 3 of the judgment and order dated 11.12.2014. Therefore, he seeks modification/correction in para 3 of the judgment and order dated 11.12.2014 to the following extent:

2. The learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that in I.A. No. 5/2013 filed by Shiv Charan whereby he has sought his impleadment as petitioner no. 4 (now appellant), certain facts have been incorrectly mentioned and the same were consequently mentioned in para 3 of the judgment and order dated 11.12.2014. Therefore, he seeks modification/correction in para 3 of the judgment and order dated 11.12.2014 to the following extent:


 


β€œThat the petitioner is owner in possession of Khasra Nos. 18/16/1 and 19/20 measuring 1 Bigha 2 Biswas in the revenue estate of Village-Pansali, Delhi not known as National Capital Territory of Delhi on the basis of a sale-deed executed on 29.04.1987 by Jai Prakash and Naresh Kumar in his favour.”


 


3. In view of the reasons assigned in the application, the application is allowed and consequently, the judgment and order dated 11.12.2014 is modified/corrected to the aforesaid extent and the same shall be read as its part and parcel.
