On mentioning made in open Court, the order dated 27^th October, 2015 is corrected. The Government of NCT of Delhi will not be included in the list of States/Union Territories who have complied with the directions of the Court as it is now evident that the said directions are yet to be complied with by the Government of NCT of Delhi. Having regard to the fact that the matter is stated to be under process, we grant four weeks’ time to the Government of NCT of Delhi to complete the same and comply with the orders of the Court.
