1. Delay condoned.
2. Heard Mr. C.A. Sundaram, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel and his assisting counsel Mr. Pratap Venugopal, for respondent No. 1.
3. We find that there is no infirmity in the order passed by the High Court, which has interpreted that there is no arbitration clause covering the petitioner and Respondent No. 2, which should be taken note of by all the authorities dealing with any lis between the petitioner and Respondent No. 2.
4. Needless to emphasize, any suit/application filed by the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 relating to the contract shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
5. The special leave petitions stand disposed of.
