1. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw these Special Leave Petitions with liberty to file an application for review before the High Court on the ground that the statement made that the case is covered by SLP (C) 35756 of 2012 is factually incorrect.
2. Permission is granted with the above liberty.
3. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
5. It will be open to the petitioner to challenge the merits of the case, if required, at an appropriate stage.
