1. It is submitted at the Bar that most of the States have filed the compliance report. Learned counsel for the State of Karnataka submits that he will file its compliance report within three days hence.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent in I.A. No. 10 of 2015 shall make a compilation of the reports and file it by the next date of hearing.

3. It is submitted by Mr. Pankaj Sinha, learned counsel that the benefit as given by this Court vide judgment and order dated 26.03.2014 has to be extended to the people having impaired vision even by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The present application has been filed for issuance of appropriate directions to the UGC to make provisions, regard being had to the mandate of the legislature contained in Section 33 of the Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995.
4. Let the notice be issued to the UGC. Steps be taken within a week hence. Registry is directed to fix a returnable date within five weeks.
5. List the matter on 17.02.2016.
