1. Application for permission to appear and argue in person is allowed.
2. Ms. Sudha Gupta, petitioner-in-person, has submitted that as a matter of fact, the plot which was the subject matter of allotment to her, is still in possession of the respondent – DLF Limited. She has further submitted that there was some interpolation made in the deed executed in favour of Ms. Kamlesh Bali and Mr. Manish Bali, by making certain corrections in the documents regarding Plot No. 1225, DLF, Phase IV, Qutub Enclave, Gurgaon (Haryana), in order to deprive of her of the aforesaid plot allotted to her.
3. In the circumstances, we direct the respondents to place all the documents on record pertaining to their transactions entered into with Ms. Kamlesh Bali and Mr. Manish Bali.
