1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties are not averse to exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties with the help of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.

2. The parties are, accordingly, directed to appear before Supreme Court Mediation Centre on Thursday i.e. 16.11.2017 and the Mediation Centre is directed to conduct the proceedings.

3. The Mediation Centre shall submit a report expeditiously.

4. List the matter after the report is received.
